Dr. Jeremy Bailey is a leader, educator, and lifelong learner with extensive experience in aviation, aerospace and defense, leadership, and management. As the first and only Black man to earn a Ph.D. in Aviation Business Administration from his graduate institution, his journey is a testament to perseverance, purpose, and faith. Driven by a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and service, he believes that knowledge has the power to transform lives when it is shared. Through teaching, mentoring, and leading, Dr. Bailey is dedicated to inspiring others to break barriers, pursue excellence, and create opportunities for the next generation.
